We are looking for someone to manage and track the SPCA’s Coffee Corner inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with SPCA and the City of Kitchener to manage the inventory of supplies for the Coffee Corner
Complete inventory of the coffee café’s supplies on a weekly basis
Order the appropriate quantities of cookies, coffee, and tea as needed.
Track café inventory including items purchased, utilized, and remaining quantities to use as a reference for future purchasing
Time Commitment:
Approximately 2 hours/week to take inventory and purchase supplies (as needed)
Approximately 4 hour/session to complete equipment inventory
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
A desire to serve the community in an important function
A team player willing to take responsibility
