Recycling Program Coordinator

Role Description

♻️Are you passionate about recycling and preserving our environment?♻️

We are looking for people to assist with the Stanley Park Community Centre’s recycling program and to raise awareness about recycling programs in the community. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Help make the Stanley Park Community Centre and the surrounding neighbourhood more aware of recycling

• - Coordinate workshops about recycling at the community centre 

• - Design and post marketing materials (i.e., signage, pamphlets, bulletin boards) to spread awareness

Time Commitment:

• - Approximately 6 hours per month, with some months being less

   

Qualifications:

• - Passion for recycling and improving the environment would be beneficial

• - Knowledge of recycling alternatives in the region is an asset

• - Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
