Position: Stanley Park Ball Team and Schedule Coordinator
Location: Stanley Park Community Centre - 505 Franklin Street N. Kitchener, Ontario
Purpose of Position: To assist and support the organization's operation of the Stanley Park Ball program by ensuring teams and playing schedules are organized for the season
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and create teams in the 5 leagues (Blastball, Jr T-ball, Sr T-ball, Jr 3-Pitch, Sr 3-Pitch)
Adhere to mutual friend requests made by participants in creating teams
Arrange team schedules on predetermined playing days (ie Monday or Wednesday)
Attend committee meetings monthly from September- December and bi-weekly from January to May(virtual evenings)

Time Commitment:
This is a year round position with a break in July-August
The position requires a higher time commitment from February-April (approximately 6 to 8 hours per week)
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Strong data processing and trouble shooting skills
Knowledge of the rules and regulations of ball is an asset
Working knowledge of G-Suite for communication purposes
Training and Professional Development:
Overview of RAMP system
Supervision and Accountability:
Reports to Stanley Park Ball Lead board member
Ongoing check-ins with Lead to monitor position tasks and progress
